You have the idea, but need a starting point.
We turn the ambition into a smaller, testable first version, so the early work answers a useful question.
Digital products
A product becomes clearer when someone can try it. We help work out the important first version, build it and refine it around what happens in real use.
Talk it throughBased in Bournemouth. Working locally and remotely.
We turn the ambition into a smaller, testable first version, so the early work answers a useful question.
The next step is making it work for real users: clear controls, dependable data handling and a way to recover when something goes wrong.
The interface, backend, integrations and deployment need to work together. You work directly with the person taking those decisions into the build.
We agree who the product is for, which problem matters first and what we need to learn. You see working versions as the build develops, with room to respond before decisions become expensive to change.
Enough of the real experience to test the idea, followed by a first release with a defined purpose and scope.
Web or desktop experiences, supporting APIs and data models, plus integrations with the tools the product depends on.
Feedback from use, clearer interactions, important journey checks and sensible approaches to loading, failures and recovery.

JaJ is Jordan’s personal desktop assistant for research and keeping daily work organised. Its notes, model and tools are developed together. It’s still in development, with reliability and context handling central to the work.
Read the JaJ storyYes. We can talk through the user, the problem and the assumptions worth testing. The aim is to find a useful first version, rather than build every possible feature at once.
Yes. We can review what exists, understand its intended behaviour and agree where refinement or further development would help most.
We look at feedback and how the product is being used, then agree the next improvements. Handover, maintenance and further development are discussed as part of the project.
Tell us who the idea would help and what you’d like them to be able to do. Sketches and rough notes are welcome.
